Question 1

Is Parejo really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Groups, unlimited expenses, currency conversion, sharing and settling up are free with no limits. Pro is an optional one-time purchase for receipt photos, CSV and PDF export, custom categories and clean summary images.

Question 2

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

On your device, in your browser’s storage. Parejo has no accounts and no database of your groups. When you share, the group travels inside the link itself, and receipt photos never leave your device.

Question 3

How does sharing work?

Accepted Answer

Tap Share and send the link on WhatsApp or anywhere else. Friends open it in their browser, with no app or account, add their expenses and send the link back. Parejo merges everyone’s changes.

Question 4

Which currencies can I use?

Accepted Answer

Pick a main currency for the group, then log each expense in the currency you actually paid: pesos, dollars, euros, shekels and more. Parejo converts at the day’s rate and shows the rate it used.

Question 5

How is it different from Splitwise?

Accepted Answer

Parejo’s free version has no daily expense limit, needs no sign-up and converts currencies for free. Splitwise does more overall, like accounts that sync across devices and payment integrations. Parejo keeps it simple.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Email hello@playnightlit.com with your receipt to request a refund. The same address restores a purchase on a new device.
